My Vegan Meal Plan:

Breakfast: Green Goodie Smoothie; Toast; Teeccino w soy cream

Lunch: Salad of Garbanzo beans, tomato, cucumber and basil; Leftover vegan pizza; Water

Dinner: Italian food with friends – Potato Gnocchi w homemade marinara and basil, fresh bread dipped in olive oil; olives; red wine

Dessert: Another glass of wine
