    Daiya cheese is very good, especially melted. Comes in mozzerlla and cheddar shredded. It is the best tasting I have found so far and fooled my husband. He thought it was the real deal.

      Cecelia, I have heard good things about Daiya and plan to check it out next time I make a recipe that calls for cheese (Vegan or real).

        I also just discovered (today!) a new chef that was the first vegan chef to win on the Food Channel. She has a HUGE list of recipes and yummy pics on her website. I don’t know where to begin cooking!
